1. Who can order products on the Gončin webshop?
Ordering products is only possible for registered users. If you are not registered yet, you can do so by clicking the link Registration in the upper-right corner of the page.

2. How does the order process work?
When a registered user places an order, our team prepares an offer and sends it to the customer for review. The delivery process starts only after the customer confirms the offer.

3. Can I choose the size and color of the product?
Yes, registered users can choose the size and color of the product during the order process, provided these options are available. These options will be clearly displayed on the product page.

4. How can I know if a product is available?
We update the availability of products regularly. However, since orders are submitted as inquiries, availability will be confirmed in the offer you receive after submitting the order.

5. Is the order immediately binding?
No. When you submit an order, it is not automatically binding. First, you will receive an offer with the details, and the order will be finalized only after you confirm the offer.

6. How will I receive the offer?
The offer will be sent to you via email at the address you used during registration.

7. How long does it take to create the offer?
We aim to respond to all orders and send the offer within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the workload and complexity of the request.

8. How can I register?
Click the link Registration, fill in the requested information, and you will have access to all features of our webshop.

9. Can I see product prices without registering?
No. Product prices and ordering options are available only to registered users.
